“Owner is accessible on a regular basis – very unique!”

I am not a techy and do not have any understanding about networks or wiring.  However, I do know that if there is ever a glitch on my computer terminal or with our network, I text Nir and he responds to me immediately whether he is on vacation, whether it is the evening or middle of the day! Having access to the person who is the owner of the company you hired, on a regular basis to help with even small issues is something unique. It makes all the difference and I see that when I do have a problem it is usually fixed very quickly because Nir can get into my computer remotely, figure out the problem, and fix it.
